- Shipping & Delivery
- All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service. We use Priority Mail. As you enter your order the standard shipping charges will be calculated based on information from the USPS. Once your order has been sent we will notify you with the tracking number
- Privacy & Security
- Your information is not passed on to any other organizations. We have chosen to use reputable web site hosting that complies with all PCI regulartions.
- Returns & Replacements
- Because most of our orders are customized, we do not have a return policy for items that have been purchased. We will be happy to replace any product where we have printed incorrect information that is due to our mistake. If the order has been filled in accordance with the information provided and the customer finds that incorrect information was provided on the original order, we will be happy to redo the product at cost. Please contact us and we can let you know what this will be.
